Devine Evans is a multi-award-winning Producer, Composer, Songwriter, and Engineer with over twenty years of experience in the music industry. As a Grammy Award-winning Composer and Sound Designer, Devine contributed to the live version of the hit song "Happy" by Pharrell Williams and received an NAACP Image Award for his work on "The New Edition Story." His career has been marked by collaborations with some of the most renowned artists in the world, including Chloe x Halle, Normani, Camila Cabello, Janet Jackson, Rihanna, Justin Timberlake, Pharrell Williams, Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, Bruno Mars, and Selena Gomez. More recently, Devine has had the privilege of working with trending artists such as Glorilla, Lil Baby, Future, Lil Wayne, and Lil Uzi Vert, demonstrating his ability to stay relevant and influential in today’s music landscape.
Over the past decade, Devine has been a powerhouse behind some of the most significant live tours and performances in the industry. His contributions have been instrumental in projects such as Charlie Puth's live performances, The Roots’ 2017 NBA All-Star Performance, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill's Soul 2 Soul tour, Janet Jackson's Unbreakable World Tour, and Rihanna's Diamonds World Tour and Savage X Fenty Show. Devine has also played a pivotal role in providing sound design for iconic performances such as Beyoncé's Coachella set and the Justin Timberlake's 20/20 Experience Tour, as well as creative programming for Beyoncé’s 2013 Super Bowl Halftime Show and Justin Timberlake’s 2018 Super Bowl Halftime Show.
Beyond his work in music, Devine's journey has been shaped by his advocacy for women in the entertainment industry. After a personal tragedy involving his sister in 2014, Devine became a passionate advocate for fighting against sexual injustices faced by women in music and entertainment. As a self-published author of Sheet Music: The Diary of a Songwriter, Devine joined forces with 124 women worldwide to shine a light on these issues and work towards meaningful change in the industry. His commitment to using his platform to uplift others continues to be one of his most significant accomplishments.
